Our first hybrid event of 2020 where creatives shared advice and insight into why they create for themselves outside of commercial work.
The hosts, some of the speakers and a limited audience visited us onsite observing social distancing and following Government guidelines.
During the event, our speakers who create for themselves outside of commercial work discussed possible reasons behind why some creatives don’t get to experience making art for themselves, as the pressure to earn money is greater than taking time out to find freedom in their own creative and insight into how and why they also make art just for themselves.
